investment properties (Buyers are now wanting seller to pay
closing cost) Simply put we do all the heavy lifting, so you don’t

How do I invest?
1) We make sure you that you have 720 score @ Experian.
2) We enroll you into Our Real Estate Investment program.
3) We pair you with a local small Custom Home Builder.
4) We close on construction or rehab deal. (It usually takes about 2
weeks before work starts, then investor is PAID $$$) $15K-$25K
PAID per investment. Paid By Builder

Is there a mortgage payment?

No there is no mortgage payment. The builder pays interest
only every month on the bank draws for construction.

 

Who pays the fees for the Investment?
The Builder pays all fees and closing cost.
How often can I invest?
You can invest only twice yearly on a new build and three times a year
on a rehab.

Is this Legal?
Yes, investing in building new or rehabbing properties is legal.
